Registration & Accommodation

Registration Fees

• All registration fees are subject to 18% VAT.
• Registration Fee included: Participation scientific programme, name badges, congress bag, certificate of participation, abstract book, notepad, pen, opening ceremony.
• Registration as “Assistant / Student” are required to submit documentation of student participants.
• Please note that for wire transfer to the congress official bank account, the payment should be free of any bank deductions. The bank transfer fees should be covered and paid by the participants. In case of any deduction from the final amount reached to the congress official bank account, the participant will be asked to pay the discrepancy.

Accommodation Fees

• All accommodation fees are subject to 8% VAT.
• The prices are including "2-Nights Accommodation Package" bad & breakfast concept, between the dates Oct. 13, 2022, Oct. 15, 2022.
• Please note that for wire transfer to the congress official bank account, the payment should be free of any bank deductions. The bank transfer fees should be covered and paid by the participants. In case of any deduction from the final amount reached to the congress official bank account, the participant will be asked to pay the discrepancy.

Transfer Fees

• All transfer fees are subject to 18% VAT.
• From İstanbul İnternational airport to the congress hotel transfers will be between the 13 - 15 October 2022, for all participants who notified in advance the transportation hours to Global Tourism Organization Services before.
• In case of time changes for transfers, please inform us at least 48 hours before your flight
• Please contact with Global Tourism Organization for all your private transfer requests.

Congress Official Bank Account

CANCELLATION POLICY

• All cancellations should be submitted in writing to Global Tourism.
• For cancellation of registration and accommodation made before February 20th, 2022, %10 of the total amount paid and any probable bank transfer charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
• For cancellation of registration and accommodation made between February 20th, 2022 and August 20th,2022, %50 of the total amount paid and any probable bank transfer charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
• No refunds will be granted for any cancellation after August 20th, 2022.
• All refunds will be processed after the congress.
